Official Rules: Sunrise on the Reaping Giveaway

1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by Mandy Howard, operating as Mandy Howard Art (“Sponsor”), through mandyhowardart.com. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Suzanne Collins, Scholastic, or any other publisher or rights holder.

2. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on October 20th, 2026 at 8:00AM Eastern Time and ends on October 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. Entries received after the closing time will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

To enter online, visit mandyhowardart.com/sotrgiveaway and complete the entry form.

Limit one entry per person. Duplicate or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.

5. Prize

One winner will receive one hand-painted Sunrise on the Reaping hardcover book featuring an original fore-edge painting by Mandy Howard. Approximate retail value: $350.

The prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable. Shipping arrangements and any geographic restrictions will be disclosed to the winner. No additional prize will be awarded.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The drawing will take place on October 31, 2026. The winner will be contacted using the email address provided at entry.

The winner must respond within 3 days of notification. If the selected winner does not respond within that period, is ineligible, or cannot accept the prize, an alternate winner may be selected. The Sponsor is not responsible for unsuccessful delivery of a notification.

7. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the giveaway period.

8. Privacy and Email Communications

Information submitted for entry will be used to administer the giveaway and contact the winner. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time without affecting their eligibility or chances of winning.

9. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent or abusive entries and to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if fraud, technical problems, or other circumstances beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control compromise its integrity, subject to applicable law.
